from what i’ve learnt/think scorpio sun could mean u’re rlly sweet but can come off as intimidating, n u close urself off unless u Know u can trust the person/people, also u feel deeply n u’re passionate. virgo moon could b u have an innate need to help others or to be useful in some way n i wanna say it means u kinda need order?? aqua rising could b u come off as aloof in the “i don’t quite feel at home” way and/or u might have a harder time expressing the feelings u want to from ur sun n moon~
