showing up!! it manifests itself in different ways, doesn’t always mean showing up physically, but just being there for them in a way that they need at that moment, like getting a non-dairy drink if i’m out with a friend who’s lactose intolerant so she can have some if she wants, or that time when i helped a friend move in and made sure all his clothes fit in his closet because i knew he would just leave them in the bag if i didn’t make sure everything got hung up, just showing up!
